Mochi (pronouced mo-chee) is a Japanese-inspired rice dough -- this is the outer layer of our mochi ice cream. Our mochi is carefully crafted and made with quality glutinous rice flour. The flour is first steamed and then carefully kneaded until it becomes delightfully chewy and soft. Once it meets our standards for quality and taste, the dough is then wrapped around our creamy ice cream for an enchanting combination of flavor and texture.

Each piece of mochi is approximately 5.5cm in diameter, 2.5cm high and 40 grams. Each piece can be eaten in three or four bites.

We carefully pack it inside our Mochi box. Then we shrink wrapped the box to ensure that it is safely sealed. Lastly, we put it inside our Thermal Bag for extra safety. 🚚

During transportation we then use another Thermal Bag to ensure topnotch quality.😊

Kindly Note: Each Mochi Box contains 3 pcs of the same mochi ice cream flavor.

Yes we pack it by 3s! We do not accept assortment at the moment.
